  • Details: Every PurrVogue cat plush backpack goes through strict quality checks before it is carefully packaged and dispatched from our fulfillment center. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping times listed below. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Transit Times

  • Duration: 7 to 12 business days.

  • Details: Once your order has left our warehouse, standard transit takes between 7 to 12 business days to arrive at your destination.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Because your order requires careful handling and transit, please allow a total of 10 to 17 business days from the time you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

3. Shipping Rates

  • We offer reliable shipping options for our customers. Exact shipping rates and any available promotions (such as Free Shipping thresholds) will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

  • For our customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and other international regions, please note that any applicable customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by region and are determined by your local customs office.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is entirely accurate. 7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • While we partner with trusted global logistics providers to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen carrier delays, customs holds, or weather events can occasionally impact transit times. PurrVogue is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. If your tracking shows an issue, please reach out to us, and we will do our absolute best to help you locate your package.
